I wouldn't specifically and directly change anything but I would have a world with myself and tell the younger me that I am fit and I am strong enough to represent team GB

Not saying a proper thank you to someone who gave me a second chance - he passed away before I had the opportunity. I still respect him more than anyone else to this day.

None id not be who i am now without learning from the battles iv lost and bad decisions

Saying that saying goodby to my grandad may have been better but again i made many bad decisions of his death id not be the man i am now so still prob not

Wish I'd made my feelings clear to someone that put a sparkle in my life. It wasn't the asking her out that was the issue, just the progressing things. Think we were as bad as each other at the dating game.
