I'm not a big fan. They are quite fun but I'm not nuts about them. The scariest thing I have ever encountered at one was a woman in the group I went with to Alton Towers who said that God had told her she and I were going to get married! And yes, she was serious.

A guy I know is blind and his kids loved going with him because disabled people go to the front of the queue with one carer. So the kids took it in turns to take dad on rides and milked it for all they were worth. He got bumped about and heard lots of screaming but had very little idea what was going on.

I love theme parks. I'm planning on getting a season pass for Alton Towers next year and go once a month. It will be great going there again as it has been 9 years since I last went lol.

My favourite ride at Alton Towers has always been Hex. I love the story, the atmosphere and the ride itself sure turns your world upside down lol

Mr.S - I love them. Went on the smiler and it lived up to the name, smiling all the way through. So much that my face hurt. Still to find one so scary that I won’t go back on.

Nemesis and the smiler are just awesome fun. I live 20 minutes from Alton Towers but only go once in a blue moon. Should really make more effort to go a little more frequently.
