It wouldn't be so bad if they just got on and got it over with instead of having these so called pundits talking about it for ages.
Enduring image isn't it,jumpers for goal posts and all that bollox!
They could put another programe on in that time,grrrrrr!

yeah Holland won, but when you lose to teams like macedonia you really dont deserve to get to the play offs.

Yeah but to be fair i and alot of other people would suggest putting such dire crap as soaps, docusoaps, reality tv shows and antique/property/cooking shows on other channels too. A football match is now and again while the main stream shows are on every day and i hear no one complaining about that rubbish being on! |

Yeah but a lot of the old dears who watch the shows you list only have the basic TV set up to watch it on.
Whereas your average footie fan is either in the pub watching it or sat in his "Lazy Boy" sucking tubes of Carling in front of a multi channel flat screne.
Also,why all the pre match chat or highlights only 30 mins after the match?
There are several sports channels they could air it on without disrupting main line viewing.

i actually do cheer the english on. i lived down suffolk for 8 years, and i remember the first time i watched a scotland game at the pub, and thought how weird it was when the folk in the packed out bar were actually cheering us on..
would never wear an actual england top but i do hope they manage to do it |
