Let me get this right...so you think because Kitty is pregnant she shouldnt be going to this "social?" and bearing in mind social is the key word here.

She stated in her opening post that she wasnt playing whilst pregnant and the reason for going was to meet friends she has made.

I find this quite so blinkered !!...are you going to suggest next that we shouldnt attend socials if we have no intention of playing or have a physical condition?....

Just because someone is pregnant it doesnt mean they have to stay indoors all night, going to a social is perfectly acceptable.

Although I do not agree with it, some people think it is perfectly acceptable to play while the lady is pregnant, it is all personnal choice.

We are all adults in this site and Kitty is just asking for peoples opinions as she is worried about what people think, and with your comments we can all see why.

Just because it is a "Swingers Social" you say it is wrong for someone to dress in a short dress when they are pregnant, its not about whether it is your duaghter or not.

What would your parents say about you being on a Swingers Website?

Kitty you will look great in a dress and very sexy too, you wear whatever you feel comfortable in hun, and sod what ever anyone else thinks

Well Will You?

You are into this kind of lifestyle yourself, you have made the decision to join a site like this but do you want your kids joining a swingers site.

It was your personal choice, we have a Daughter and no we would not "encourage" her to join the swinging lifestyle, we will let her make her own decisions in life, that is how you become who you are.

I am sure we have all made mistakes in our life, but you have to learn from your mistakes, and no matter what she does, our daughter is our daughter and we will always love her no matter what.

Mr Two2 is a 51 year old with a set of values that does not hold well with this.

The great thing about forums is everyone can post and everyone can have an opinion and it's quite obvious what most think of me.

It does not alter the fact that if my daughter, who was un married/un partnered and pregnant

was so seriously concerned about what to wear to a swingers meet she had to come on here for approval, I would disapprove.

Mr 2bonks.......

You have your values my lovely but to be honest........ you, as a swinger, should perhaps have a little more tolerance.

If one of my daughters (21 and 19) were to announce they were pregnant, single and swinging.... I'd be glad they told me. And yes.... if they asked for advice on which outfit to wear, I'd try and put them in trousers but thats not my call....... it's theirs.

I do think that as Kitty is obviously stable enough (hahahhaha) to care for this child by herself, we should understand her reasons for going to a swinging social.

When I was preggie (many many moons ago), I'd have loved the chance to go out, even if it was just to a social. As it was, my then husband worked away, I had the support of my family, but most of my friends were in the same position.....pregnant......and didn't want to go out. I got soooo lonely that I'd sit and cry and feel pathetic....so I agree with Kitty.... she might be feeling like the size of a house but that isn't any reason for her to say no to a party!

As long as she's careful... I hope she has fun!

As I said the great thing about forums is we all have opinions, but here's a thought Notts, your daughter is full of some unknown chaps arms and legs and all she can wonder about is what to wear to a swing bash............and you are happy with that............or is it because it's Kitty, no fucker on here knows her so therefore jumping on the bandwagon is oh so easy because it has not one iota of a moments effect on you.

Or is it because my post does not sit easy with yours and others standpoints providing of course it's not one of your family members.

Kitty and I have swapped emails in the past on a whole variety of subjects including the fuckin idiot from Luton who is probably still here, and it has always been good natured.

On this particular subject time honoured values have kicked in and for those that don't like them, hey ho, but I bet that having stepped back for a minute and considered where I am coming from most would be hard pressed to argue I am wrong.

You have said it perfectly.

Kitty has asked a genuine question about what to wear to a social, in a normal club, not even a swingers club.

Think answer should now be kept to this topic, if you have an opinion about pregnant women, married or otherwise then this is not the place to raise it.

Best that it is kept to yourselves before things start to get very nasty.

i asled advice on what to wear as i dont want to go like a flump but was unsure about a dress. i cant say anymore on this as the comments about my single/unmarried swinging/or not while pregnant have honestly got to me.

Kitty,

We have never met yet we have conversed on here on several occasion both in thread and by pm. You asked a question to which I have given my opinion, it does not sit well with you and most others who post on here.

I did not ask for agreement or expect others to trumpet my cause, more importantly I do not give a fig what other folk think but if you ask a question then you have to be prepared for ALL the likely answers.

Right here goes personally i couldnt give a damm wether a pregnant woman wears a short skirt a kaftan or a black bin liner. Just because someone is pregnant does not mean they should have to cover themselves from head to toe in black and hide in a corner and anyone who does should be living back in the middle ages.

What the hell has what we each do as adults got to do with our kids as long as they do not get hurt in the process and in no way interferes with there lives!!

I cannot understand the mentality behind a single pregnant female not being able to look good lets face it there are plenty of people out there who dont look good in a dress and arent pregnant but we dont become moralistic about them..so come on everyone down off ya high horses and just remeber this was a question about hwat to wear not morals and values of modern society!!!
