We all have one.

You know, the one that thinks everything is about them.

Don't speak for ages then they spill their guts but don't ask about you.

Think everything that's posted on faceache is about them

Pops from one to the other bitching.

Mines my older sister and we call her "me-me" because it's all about me!

Do you have one too?

I scrutinised all of my texts and posts and everyone elses because no one can say that I am the type of person that think the world revolves around them. I'm always checking things for others. I was so worried about it ! You think you can worry. My God you should see me worry .

I have an older sister like that too. There are perfume adverts that have more depth and substance and less attention seeking than her .

On the upside, I now realise having grown up with a dramatic self-centered person in the family has saved me the drama of having 'Me,Myself and I' friends

I knew one person like it. She suffers with extreme anxiety which causes it, her focus is on her concerns at all times, she can't help it.

She cut herself off from most of her friends.

That's very sad. I have fallen out with her about it on several occasions. It looks like it's heading that way again

Mine also suffers from total false childhood memory, in fact she believes she remembers when she was born

If I challenge what she is saying and telling her that it didn't happen, my god it's like total melt down and I just have to hang up on her

Either we have the same older sister or there's a character pattern emerging here.

Mine has so many traits of Borderline Personality Disorder, you would never leave her alone in a kitchen with a pet rabbit

Yes! And for a while I thought it was just amusing but I had a time when I needed a friend and even after asking for support I got none.

I used to listen to them and their drama but I realised a while back that every story has 2 sides and after witnessing first hand how they react after jumping to conclusions I can see now that the drama was of their own making.

Self centered and narcissistic are not nice traits and thankfully they're not related and I can cut them off, I feel sorry for you people stuck with yours.

It's just a shame they don't see the damage they can do, or do they? I sometimes think they enjoy it and get a buzz from it.

Had one as a good friend. Called her on it and several other things. Turns out feedback wasn’t her comfort zone. I no longer have a me-me in my life.

I used to have a few until I realised how they were affecting my moods and slowly stepped away from their drama, they still talk to me occasionally but I've no idea if it's all still about them because as soon as they open their mouth I switch off and start planning what I'm having for tea instead

How canny, my older sister is the person our immediate family used to refer to as me-me. She did work away during the week and only home at the weekends. She would rarely ask anything about what's been happening with the rest of us.

Things have changed over the years however she can be very self absorbed at times.
