Leeds

Various varieties of sausages, burgers, chicken (which we pre cook in the oven for safety), bacon, pork steaks...

Had a couple of BBQ's when we had that gorgeous warm weather in February. Also had one Sunday gone.

Would love yo have a few FAB couples round for a swinging BBQ, but wouldn't risk the expense as we've read on many occasions about ten people saying they'll come but only one turns up.

Nice idea though

Northampton Somewhere

We used our bbq loads last year, hoping to get it out at the weekend We treated ourselves to a gas bbq last year, some would argue that you don't get the same flavour but it's not true! It's less burnt and very convenient.

Marinated chicken legs are my favourite.

- Jacket spuds smeared in butter and salt, pierced several times. Wrapped in foil and placed in hot coals.

- Marinaded belly pork.

- Haloumi cheese.

- Chicken Tikka.

- Cowboy beans.

- Loads of meat.

I smoke 8 racks of bbq ribs with my home made rub and sauce. Cooked for 5 hour just fall apart. I have been told they are of a quality that people would pay to eat.

Whole process take 9 hours with prep but by good it world it.

Doing pizza a lot now. In stone pizza oven

Any meat/vegetable combo can be improved by whacking it on the BBQ.

Full brekky done outside tastes better for some odd reason.

I want my OH to build me a pizza oven.

Somewhere down south

Meats marinated, BBQ prepped and ready, salad tossed

Time to sit back, relax, before I spend a good hour getting the coals hot enough to cook something!

Who else is having a BBQ over the Easter weekend?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

We're toying with one for Easter Sunday instead of a roast.
