I'm with hubs...
In Naples they have an organisation that oversees the quality of pizza and hands out awards for authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Their list of criterion are sooo lengthy and include the alkaline level of the water used! |

I get given stick for being a big fan of ham and pineapple of most people I know so don’t know what other people’s opinions on this are but it sounds good to me |
