"No it's not a posh duck.
What are your thoughts on quark?
I'm undecided.
"

I have dairy issues, but natural yoghurt & quark are ok
Use them as an alternative to milk or cream in recipes
I made a cheesecake last week with quark, for one of my friends at work.
I've now got 27 ordered! |

Quark is officially a cheese, thanks to its soft dairy nature. It looks a little bit like yogurt and can be swapped into all sorts of recipes to cut back on fat or calories when replacing things like yogurt or cream. |

Try the Kvarg flavoured ones from Asda (think Home Bargains have them too)
They do vanilla, peach & passion fruit, coconut, blueberry, raspberry and staciatella (i think what it's called anyway)
They are nice with fresh fruit or the (defrosted) mixed berries you get in the freezer section |
