Pancakes, waffles or donuts?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Depends on the situation......
Pancakes if I’m in the mood for some Nutella and banana
Waffles if I’m in the mood for a scoop of ice cream and caramel
Donuts if they’re the nice freshly cooked ring donuts hot and dusted in cinnamon sugar
If it’s jam donuts Morrison’s had the most jam in on my taste test
Eeek I have no cake in the cupboard |

"Freshly cooked donuts like you get at the seaside!
This is exactly what I was going to say!
These are the only doughnuts I enjoy eating "
I can eat those you get from the supermarkets but they aren't a patch on the seaside ones, all coated in sugar and so hot you can barely handle them. God, I so want one now! |

"I had Chicken and Waffles for the first time not long ago... it's safe to say that I fall into the black stereotype now
Oh man, that sounds good. Was there gravy too?"
We had chicken and waffles last year with maple syrup, oh my days!!!!

Actually had a waffle for the first time on Friday.... I don't understand how I've managed to be this old without ever having sampled such a glorious invention |

Pancakes, with sugar and lemon please. I don't mind a traditional jam doughnut so long as it's soft, light and fresh but can't bear those seaside ones ... the smell of well used old fat wafting about the vicinity makes me feel really |

Nah lol. No gravy, I don't think that'd go down well with the golden syrup. That being said, I'm willing to give it a go lol. |

"Doughnuts, any time!
If anyone is ever in and around Glasgow there's a shop called Tantrum Doughnuts and they really are to die for!"
Yes I was there a couple of weeks back and we tried the creme caramel donut...yum |

"Don’t want to brag or anything but totally have a doughnut on hand at all times

Is your doughnut covered in sugar and oozing raspberry jam? "
I’m most definitely a cream filled doughnut but it takes a bit of licking and sucking to taste it
