Dude you can almost see his skeleton. Hes probably less than 5% body fat at his peak and weak as fuck from the diet hes on.

He's the only climber to have free climbed a route with a proposed grade of 9c. which in climbing terms is fricken insane. Yeah you need to be ripped for that shit else you die. |
