Not seen loads but my family like this B/B this year. We loved the LOOSE Women star Denise Welch who has been crowned the winner of Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother. I am glad she won a real woman with feelings and no super model. Just come across as a lovely person.
X Factor Frankie Cocozza who received the second highest number of votes to become the runner-up of this year's series.
And 3rd former captain of the Welsh rugby team Gareth Thomas, really liked him what a lovely man xx I know loads hate here but if your familys into it theres no getting away from B/B.

I watched the whole lot.
Denise Welch did NOT come across as 'nice' at all.
Female nudity is fine by me. Letching after nineteen year old boys and removing the pj bottoms of 22/23 year old women who don't want it isn't either.
She can't handle her drink. She is embarrasing to the n'th.
She hounded Micheal and couldn't understand why he felt awkward in her presence.
She never said anything logical when she argued with anyone. She was told it's not acceptable to strip other people and she kept saying 'well I wanted my letter... ( nuts ) evasive, avoids responsibility.
What made me really sick is she said she got in the hot tub with 'the boys' as she was missing her own kids. PUKEY!
The woman is a raving lunatic.
She was not letting her hair down ( well maybe she was but it was all self indulgent and non caring for others ) she was simply trying to be centre stage again.
Her eyes and JOKER grimace say it all. She will pass it all off as being 'one of the girls'

Well shes dead fit for a woman of her age. I was reading all the nasty coments about her the other day on mail online and i think people who critisise her so much are just jealous, she seems to be happily married and enjoys herself and doesnt care much what other people think. |

Personally I think the whole BB concept is a crock of shit...meaningless drivel, what sort of idiot would want to go on there and sit in a goldfish bowl, leaving themselves wide open for all sorts of 'expose's by the media in their quest to be 'famous'

She is an attractive woman, both her and Tim Healy are well known actors. For those who are screaming she's a washed up has been, better to be a has been than a never was.

I'm very glad she has a 'nicer' side ie, the supporting the local schools etc....
BUT....
I do think that she should never have been allowed to enter the BB house. I was reading her inter_iew in OK this week and she has problems with drink and d*unks and she's had emotional breakdowns. She even admitted that she wouldn't give up drinking even for her kids!!
Maybe, just maybe, we did see the REAL Denise....... foul mouthed, d*unk, hideous and an emotional wreck...... maybe what others see in real life is the Denise that manages to hold it together for the sake of appearance.
Either way, I used to love her in Loose Women........ totally lost all respect for her now. And I feel very sorry for her husband, having to watch her make a complete fool of herself.

To be honest he comes over as being thick as pig shit. Now wether this is intentional I have no idea, but that's how he comes over to me.

I came from a fishing village and live in a pit village and am mighty proud of the fact.
My wife came from the land of shipbuilding and heavy industry and is equally as proud of the fact.

I am contemplating whether this really is about Denise Welch or is it more about trying to belittle a forum member, yet again, cos this seems to be a regular occurrence in Jo's case. Over the last week she can't seem to say anything without the same people having a go!

All i know i will not run people down when i dont know them face to face and i cant here in a forum as never seen the woman d*unk or being nasty only seen her day time tv and now and again B/B i dont know her .. and i am not going to say nasty stuff just to fit in sorry . |

She can't handle her drink. She is embarrasing to the n'th.
She hounded Micheal and couldn't understand why he felt awkward in her presence.
She never said anything logical when she argued with anyone. She was told it's not acceptable to strip other people and she kept saying 'well I wanted my letter... ( nuts ) evasive, avoids responsibility.
What made me really sick is she said she got in the hot tub with 'the boys' as she was missing her own kids. PUKEY!

I will never have 'a go' at Jo. I think she is one of the nicest 'regulars' on the forums.... I have a LOT of respect for her.
I have posted because I can't STAND Denise Welch. She's f**king horrible. I used to like her, I was ignorant of the 'real her'.
....she entertained me on Loose Women. She did the exact opposite on Big Brother.... that's why have posted against the OP's opinion.
If my hubby had been posting in the same light as Jo, I would write exactly the same responses.

Yes ALWAYS .... if the complaint is justified and confirmed it is dealt with as Admin see fit. The response might not fit in with the complainents ideals but it will be dealt with fairly and squarely.

I think this is about Denise Welch and the fact that she made such a spectacle of herself and that people are bigging her up as a nice person, when what alot of us saw was disgusting.
Unfortunately, as a poster on these forums, you are never going to agree with everyone but to say that everyone else is wrong was foolish in the extreme, but I still have no doubt this is still about Denise Welsh.

Thats the whole point of a debate surely. That there will be those that disagree with those that shout loudest.
It may be a life changing event for Denise's husband and children...... you never know. Her antics will have bought shame on her husband and children and possible ridicule from their school friends etc........ to them, this will be life changing.

I take exception to this. We do the punch at the Pussy Posse party and we've never had any trouble.
Once we had a lady d*unk but that was in the year before the punch. Did anyone really notice that she collapsed through alcohol (her own) but was dressed and put into a taxi with a friend and delivered to her hotel before anyone knew what had happened?
We had one person this year get loud and leary...... but as that person is always loud, no one noticed and not one person mentioned it to me as the party organiser.
What goes on at the socials I organise is sexual fun. It is done in the safety of a club, with trained staff and other members looking out for their 'friends'. It is between consenting adults and IF anyone has any problems with the way socials are run...... then they should speak to the organisers and put their _iew across...... as we have done on this thread.
So...... socials...... hundreds of people getting together, many shagging senseless but all having a good time.
BB....... 10 people in a house...... one getting d*unk, leary, loud, emotional, getting her tits out on live tv to the _iewing public and her family. Pulling down the trousers of another contestant, when she was asked not to, swearing and hollering...... and all on LIVE TV.
The socials organised have no bearing on what has happened in the BB house, because, at the end of the day, it's behind closed doors. |

It would seem the general consensus here is that Denise Welch is a d*unk, old, slapper - but she won the game so obviously has an awful lot of fans.
And for all of your information, yes Denise and Tim are close friends of me and my family (she lives next door to my sister). She is a lovely, warm person who loves her family without a doubt. She also loves a drink and is incredibly outgoing. She might be 53 but from anyones observations you can't tell me she is typical of that age group?
She is a successful television personality (as is Tim) and is an enthusiastic, outgoing woman who has done very well for herself. Like quite a few people out there she has suffered from depression but has managed to pick herself up and dust herself down. Please please please do not label her an alcoholic when all she enjoys is a drink like the next person - alcoholism is a serious addiction which is something she does not suffer from.
I watched her avidly on BB and saw nothing other than the Denise I know and love - a typical party girl have a whale of a time and incredibly down to earth and honest. |
