So many; Elvis, Prince, Lennon, George Michael, Jackson, Morrison, Buddy Holly etc and if we’re talking musical geniuses then most of the great composers sprung off their mortal coils prematurely - Mozart, Bruckner etc.
I suppose there is one sort of good thing about dying young in the music game; In doing so, musical immortality seems guaranteed  |
