In life, some people seem to get nothing while others get everything...
For those of us who "know" Kitty, we know what problems she has had over the last three years. Firstly Alfie, who died at 4 months after a battle with illness. Then Rylee, who was born at 20 weeks and didn't make it...
It is with much sadness that life for Kitty gets no better... On Saturday 21st, Leanne (Kitty) lost Angelica. Born at only 24 weeks she didn't stand much of a chance.
As you can imagine Leanne is devastated but is lucky enough to have a good support network to help her through another bad period in her life.
This is the third (and hopefully the last) time I have to post like this. I hope you will all take this as intended and I am sorry if this post has dampened the mood a little. BUT... I know what Fabsters are like and I also know that Leanne is well liked.
Carry on with playtime, but just spare a thought for one of our own..

mum and dad tried for years to have kids
they lost their first child (who was severely disabled) at 6 weeks and then mum had a further 7/8 miscarriages
they adopted my sister and fostered tens of kids over the years
they then slipped me in at the last minute and long after they had given up hope of conceiving
that was in the days when medical procedures weren't as well developed as they are today.
they still grieve for the children they lost at various stages of pregnancy and that will never leave them, but they have come out of this positively.
so rather than offering condolences, i wish her well and hope that she can build something positive out of what is a devastating position to read about let alone experience |

I did send Kitty a message via other means from a few of the older regulars, sending our love and support.
I've seen a picture of Angelica and she was truly gorgeous and I have no idea how Kitty copes.
But from me and us, to Kitty who is probably reading all this, ......

i know that nothing i can say could ever ease the pain that Kitty has to carry every single day. all i can say is that i count my blessings and never take for granted what i'm lucky enough to have.
if you can, keep smiling Kitty and there are many here with a sympathetic ear and a warm hug should you ever need it.
