Kangaroo loin rolled in honey and sumac then pan fried. Served with chilli and pomegranate molasses quinoa and a rocket and lamb's lettuce salad with pomegranate and a slice of lime.

I've just finished making a great big pot of stew/casserole*. It's gone in the oven and I'm off for a couple of pints while it does its thang.

I'm doing this thing called pizza chicken. You butterfly the chcken breasts and sear them on each side then you place in the bottom of a dish. Top with Tom puree and herbs. Low fat cheese and whatever other veg toppings on top.
