There’s lots of love quotes that shoot straight to your heart. Something that echos the way you feel true love can be put into words.
Could be from a song, Shakespeare May have got it right once or twice, or even a meme.
What’s yours? |

"I’ll be honest. I didn’t hold out much hope.
“This morning, with her, having coffee” - Johnny Cash on describing Paradise
"
Thank you.
I also like ‘people see imperfections, I see the good stuff’.
It’s not always fireworks and a rush of adrenaline that defines the best about a loving relationship, but it’s mostly the things other people don’t take notice of. You know? |

"Hit me with your rhythm stick. Das is gut! C'est fantastique!
Who wouldn't melt when someone says that to them?"
The blockheads - One of my favourite songs as a kid. I Sang it often at family get togethers. As my mum had the single. The B side (younger readers won’t ever know what that means) was a song called ‘ain’t half been some clever bastards!) I used to sing that as well. |

I totally know... that’s why I’m taking a step back from Fab... I’m happy being social in the forums.
It’s always the little things that matter x |

"From our favourite song:
Did I save you cos I know you saved me too.
Plenty of meaning behind that for us
TB"
I like it.
As a couple I think it’s easier to be open about love and what it can mean. I reckon the single profiles in here maybe are afraid to show how vulnerable we all are by sharing something a little ‘fluffy’ as a loving quote. |

Is love ever "fluffy"?
Or does it just give without expecting anything back? |

Oh goodness, yes. And hard. Love is complicated and simple. Love is gentle and intense It’s alsorts if things.
Today, I feel a little fluffy. Can you tell? |

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres"
Someone wrote that 2000+ years ago.
It may not say fluffy, or tingly or life changing,... perhaps it should.
I do like the rare happy threads.
Go, be fluffy. It makes the world go round.
