Ignore my ignorance but I am very curious if a male who gets an op in the lower area is still able to cum through the vagina?
Would it function in the same manner? |

I doubt there's much chance of a pint when the tap, lines and keg is gone |

From what you hear the old lads outside mass saying, apparently the surgeon removes the internal shaft and repositions the outer skin full of nerve endings in the new orifice to enhance sexual sensation. The scrotum and contents are removed so that's the end of the semon factory....at least that's what Mick the Post....sorry Michelle the Post was saying last Sunday |

"Do you mean if he retains his testes whilst having the outer, protruding penis removed and subsequently ejaculating out through the vaginal opening in effect?
"
I’ve not heard of that type of operation being done, but I guess there’s always a first.. |

"Semen comes from the prostate more so than the testes after all. "
The hormone therapy affects the normal functioning of the prostate. It is possible that it may reduce the risk of prostate cancer, but insufficient data exists to disconfirm that theory yet |
