If you have got to the point of having someone in that position surely your in a position to recognise every move sign and breath the person makes makes otherwise it just shows lack of experience and you shouldnt have that person in that position How you going to know if something is going wrong if you cant recognise signs |

Not always. I often play with people in bdsm clubs that I've only met that night. Even with years of practice and a long term relationship you can't always rely on "knowing someone" well enough to read signs. We all differ depending on a myriad of factors.
