Its winter majority of depressive people get worse this time of year.

Get down the docs have a chat adjust the old meds or jump back on them.

Get out if the suns our if not hit the old tanning bed for the vit D get some exercise and focus a little on the trivial things, make some nice food and switch to non alcoholic beer and wine for a while.

Thats what i do anyway, except the tanning bed, i cba with that but it does help

Its winter majority of depressive people get worse this time of year.

Get down the docs have a chat adjust the old meds or jump back on them.

Thats what i do anyway, except the tanning bed, i cba with that but it does help
