Hi All
How do you calculate your macros if you dont have any idea as to your lean body mass, or dont have access to fat calipers etc.
Basically if all we have is our weight and height and perhaps simple measurements, how can we calculate our macros and then once we have those calculated what ratio should we use to have a lower carb diet?
is 20% carb good for all meals?
thanks |

You csn use the if it fits your macros site its got a few calculators that will do all the work
"Iifym"
Unless you're eating a meal made of a meat and seperate starch/veg though you'll find it very difficult to a fixed % per meal.

Yep they have a bunch of recommended ones but you csn alter the percentages yourself.
Or if you want to do it the pen and paper way
Fat =9kcal per gram
Carbs and protein =4 kcal per gr |
