As you know the gym is my 2nd home and I go 3 times a week doing a full body workout. I do 10 excersizes each time and for supplements I take the ashwaganda herb, it is really good and my favourite excersize is shoulder press and I can do 90kgs for 6 reps. |

Squat Monday, Bench Wednesday, deadlift Friday.
That's all I do. Main lift first and then 2 variations of each lift addressing weak points. Low reps, lots of sets. |

Chase a small person around the house. There's ma cardio smashed.
Repeat 3 times daily. |

I have three routines. All a mix of cardio and weights full body workout. Because of my BP I don’t do very heavy weights, but do 3 sets of 15. For each of the exercises. Each routine lasts an hour and I work out 3 or 4 times a week.
I’ve had a month off so just getting bac into a routine again...
I’ll be in the gym this afternoon |

Sounds like a good plan. 90kg on shoulders is impressive. What do you do for legs? |

Push and pull days work for me.
I don’t count my calories but make sure I eat 3-4 meals a day.
Occasional cheat meals
Always lifting decent weight and aim for at least 10-12 reps for 4 sets.
Deadlifts and squats I go all out on |

Much the same. 3 full-body workouts a week, built around squat, deadlift and bench. Best exercise: Norwegian curl - I've been blessed with strong hamstrings!
Would you recommend the supplement? |

I use ashwaganda drops and they are great, it's worth doing your own research however I sweat by them. I also add maca powder to my protein shakes as and when I have them. Both are adaptagenics and help your body.
I'm getting back into the grove in the gym, mine is in my garage mind so never have to wait for the bench or squat rack. I do need to start cycling again for cardio. Me n trim have our own workouts as we have different goals. I want to be smaller and he wants to be bigger.
I do feel much better when I do my weight training on a regular basis. |

I can well understand that, mate - I often feel a bit out of place there.
But if weight loss is your main aim, plenty of non-gym stuff you could be doing instead! Just start running or playing sport, and make sure you're eating well.
(Sorry if that sounds a bit patronising - not my intention!) |

Hence we canceled our gym memberships and diverted the money to a home gym instead. Bought the things we needed to keep up our weight routines and there are so many YouTube channels showing how to do things correctly. |

If all you're bothered about is losing weight then just eat less and go out for long walks in the countryside, it's far more enjoyable! I only use the gym to build muscle. |

My workout is WORK.
I cycle to work and back even tho I have a car, ( round trip of 9.5 miles ) plus I walk on average 11 miles whilst AT work ( I have one of those fitness tracker watches, tho I often wonder how accurate they are.

Thanks - will do some research. I don't take any supplements at the mo, just scoff a relatively high protein diet... |

I have been thinking about changing to full body 3 times a week and judging by your physique I think it will be a good idea |

I favour the classes. My workout is normally breeze through the warm up. Feel smug that I’m on the mats at 6:30am. Half arse the class until Mean Jayne notices. Cry whilst attempting burpees and whatever sweet hell she dreamed up. A lot of crying. Yell ‘I’m going to vomit’. Go bright red and sweat out of every gland. Begrudgingly warm down.
Then repeat a few days later. Surprisingly I love it. |

No gym but do HIIT workouts about 4 times a week.
Joe wickes on YouTube free and only takes 20 mins totally brilliant.
Lost 2 stone no diet just cut out bread, pasta and sugar unless eating out!
It's a way of life now.

Haha I've tried them and failed miserably. Which is to be expected as i weigh 87kg and can't shoulder press that weight :p
I csn kinds do them against a wall which is a good one if you're away from a gym as it works as isolation. But they arent just shoulder excercises if you're doing them "freestanding" takes a lot of core strength to balance which from yout abbs you probbaly have lol so might be a good one for you to tighten up the workout
Guesing youre in the 90-95kg range.
