People leaving fab

I've been seeing the number on my varifications going down from 81 to 71 since the beginning of the Christmas period... Has anyone else noticed this?

I know of one or two that have let me know and messaged me through other communications format, that have left fab for their own reasons..

I'm pretty well known on the scene.. They are all genuine varifications from people I've actually met.Thanks for the advice

I was just wondering if it was Christmas that makes them leave.? Or perhaps they have entered into a relationship.. Christmas can be a lonely time as a single person x

Quite a few people leave over Christmas/New Year. It’s often a time when people take stock and make decisions. They’re often back before February though!

Read it again. The *summary* doesn't change, but the text can no longer be published, so if you publish all, and look at your own profile regularly, you'll see the impact of leavers.

i was unfriended by a few people last year cause i wasn’t online for over 5 months, also, again as others have said, a fair few of the people who verified me have also left the site, still got me green tick though

So OP are you saying the veri summary total will now go down when people leave?

The text in verifications and ability to display them has always vanished when someone leaves - it's been that way since day 1 of the site.

But the summary changing? News to us.

We've just come back from a four year sabbatical, plenty of people who'd verified us have left....yet the summary number remains the same.

Have you queried your theory with site admin because I suspect you may be mistaken.

Like Obi said, if somebody has verified you then does one, as has happened to lots of people I suspect, all that happens is that the text disappears, but your summary count will remain the same
