Do you remember how the villains in Scooby Doo would invariably dress up in a ghost or monster outfit and make themselves ‘glow’ via luminescent dust or gel?
No need therefore for the gang to catch the miscreant.....they’d surely expire due to radiation or else some other toxic poisoning in next to no time  |
