As I've got older, I've found that farting while cumming, is an recent embarrassment to beware of.

Have sometimes coughed so hard, I've had painful cramp in the pereneum.

I remember a short time back wherein I had been sitting on a train for an hour or so whilst holding in particularly painful wind.
