"My usual reason..needed a pee, left it too long, so my brain woke up as well.
Are you working? Being naughty? Or is insomnia being a cruel mistress?" I'm always up its life, 4am is best time of day ha |

"Up
Making breakfast for hubby. He’”ll leave at 545 and I’ll nip back to bed for a few hours "
Blimey if I was your hubby I'd love you so much I'd get up so quietly so I didn't disturb you and make my own breakfast. .. |

I’ve always got up with him. He works damned hard. While he’s in the shower I make him breakfast. It’s justbour morning routine. |

"On the plus side, only three sleeps till christmas
Why only 3.
Insomnia !
It was an early morning attempt
At humour "
Oh sorry. Is far too early for me to have a sense of humour just yet.
I was starting to panic and think that I was very far behind on my advent calendar |

"My usual reason..needed a pee, left it too long, so my brain woke up as well.
Are you working? Being naughty? Or is insomnia being a cruel mistress?" I was awake about an hour ago but focussed on happy thoughts to distract me from the stressy day to come. Did I want to think about work, or having fun with Miss Icebreaker and some gorgeous guys last Tuesday? No contest |

After 18 months of looking after my terminally ill wife checking on her every 2 hours ... I still wake up 2.5 years after she passed away... So it's a long term habbit now ?? |
