I'm not long out of the bath as I went heavy at the gym earlier and my pecs and tris were burning. The Radox musle soak seems to have done the trick. Time now for a big glass of malbec and a ribeye  |

I'm sitting in the hotel bar, relaxing after a very long day.
Throughout the day I've had a glass of white wine, a glass of red wine, 4 hot chocolate and amarettos and am now drinking a very large Kentucky bourbon and cola.
It's beautiful here and very festive. |

Took her to the pub for dinner, so a couple of pints there

I wish you the very best stopping smoking. The best thing I have done in the last 10, years. Now 10.5 since I stopped, the benefits have been huge! Keep at it, it’s well worth it. |

I’m a bit squiffy too.
I fell over and twatted my knee and toes a couple of days ago. I think I’ve fractured a toe on each foot so I’m drinking for medical reasons  |
