What threads do you type on that you get most pms about.
For me it was when i used to do the mental health threads id get lots of pms and then its the smoking fetish threads always the smoking fetish people |

Ugh, yes. I try not to say too much about my sexual preferences or even mood publically, because apparently everyone has a cock for me for that purpose. Just because I like X doesn't mean I want X with whatever guy sees me express the preference. |

Apart from the expected ones (send a pic to type things) there's no general theme to those I either get or send PMs from - if there's a point I want make that is specific to the person not the thread then I'll take it to PM whatever the subject. |

I get them from threads that don't require a pm response, and tbh it annoys the hell outta me, reply in the thread!! It puts me off replying sometimes and I've thought of adding a disclaimer at the bottom of my posts! 
There's also one forum poster who starts new threads who used to pm every single time, I avoid his topics now. |

Currently none, I’m heavily filtered.
Historically, negative PMs when discussing more rehabilitative approaches to criminal justice system, and positive PMs when talking about mental health or psychology based threads I’ve posted, and climax-wanky PMs when I post anything remotely female dominant sexual.

Ummm.... Face pic Friday or hotlist threads usually (filters permitting)..... Other than that I might occasionally get one as a response to something I've posted if it particularly resonates with someone....
I try not to comment on bondage or domination threads anymore because guys seem to assume I'm into pain and/or humiliation when I do. I'm fed up trying to explain that 1) S&M isn't my thing and 2) that S&M is just one particular aspect of B&D, chosen by those who enjoy pain and humiliation, but that there are myriad other B&D aspects which people enjoy that are nothing to do with pain.... Unless you count blue balls from edging  |

I've posted on a few health, weightloss, fitness threads, but I've stated I'm more than happy for people to pm me.
A few from 'the poster above' type threads.
I do seem to get a lot of pms which are obviously off the back of a comment I've made somewhere, but when I check the sender hasn't even posted on the thread in question.
That annoys me.
