It's not that complicated. Allow us to enlighten you.

THE FIRST RULE

The objective is to go as long as possible without hearing WHAM's Christmas classic; "Last Christmas".

THE SECOND RULE

The game starts on December 1st, and ends at midnight on December 24th.

Use your local timezone, if you'd like.

(Yes, we're European heathens)

THE THIRD RULE

Only the original version applies. Enjoy the fuck out of remixes and covers.

THE FOURTH RULE

You're out as soon as you recognise the song.

While we can't stop you from deliberately sending your friends to Whamhalla, the intention is that this is a survival game. Not a Battle Royale. So ... don't be a dick, mkay?

Looking good for this week. The radio in my car is broken and I'm not at work

"I may be out.

The decision lies with you the all knowing, alkyl merciful good people of Fab.

I threw myself on the ground before you and await your decision.

I was Youtubing Bryan Adams Run Run Rudolf. Good version.

Before the next track they threw in an ad for Now! Christmas. I dived for the phone knowing what would be coming, but too late. All I heard was "Last Chris...." before I cut out off.

Is that enough for me to be out, or do I survive with a near miss?

My fate is in your hands"

Out!!

I am so going to mess with people with this.

Shame I'm not still resident jock at the Indian restaurant because with it being Christmas party season, it was customary to play festive tunes as a warm up while people were eating, and Last Christmas was one of the tunes I would play.

No more gigs for me this year, and having taken part in the local Christmas lights parade a week ago, thag doesn't count because it was on the last day of November - otherwise I would have got loads of people out.

Right, just going to share it on my facebook timeline

I'm out.

After driving from Essex to Brugge , spending a whole day and morning in the market and shops and not hearing any Christmas music, I went into a chocolate shop this afternoon and bought some gifts.

As I walked out I realised I was quietly singing to myself "This year to save me from tears".

I turned around to my sister and said " Is that Last Christmas playing in there?" and she confirmed it was.

Bum...

We then walked further up the road and went into a Christmas decoration shop and it was on in there too.

Still in. I'm glued to Deezer. The thing is, they've started to include Christmas tracks onto my music flow! I've had to switch to my soundtrack list of my favorites. There's 33 hours worth of music. I think I'm safe at the moment...

I heard it again today at a school Christmas concert.

It's the first time I've heard it in England this year.
