"Pale Rider is good. Cant remember the one with him and Morgan Freeman
Unforgiven.
But for me it's the dollars trilogy... "Hey blondeee" "
Another vote for Sergio Leone’s classic trilogy.

"You know the ‘man with no name’ part in the ‘dollars’ trilogy was orrigionally turned down by Elvis?
And Dirty Harry was turned down by frank sinatra? "
Apparently the role of ‘The man with no name’ was eventually going to go to Richard Harrison (not to be confused with the late, Richard Harris).
He however turned it down and recommended Clint to the producers as he knew he could both ride a horse and play a cowboy from being in Rawhide |

Im glad they turned them down. Clint was the best to play them roles by a mile in my opinion |

Yes indeed, and to think we were only just spared Frank Sinatra in the iconic role of Harry Callahan after he injured his hand just prior to initial filming.
Can you imagine him chasing down Andrew Robinson’s delightfully psychotic, Scorpio Killer whilst singing, ‘My Way.’? |

Don’t forget that Clint started off his Western career as the hot headed but ever likeable ‘Rowdy’ Yates in Rawhide (and had far more charisma in one of his fingers than the stoic and somewhat pompous main hero, Gil Favor |
