Yes we use them to remind ourselves of certain things about a person i.e. Polite, Makes nice comments, of favours owed!!

oh yes... i use it for all sorts of notes that would get me 24/48/72 hr bans if i posted them online...... its very theraputic... my lawyer loves it!!!

I only use notes to remind myself that I have received a picture and whether they are delicious or not. I generally don't write notes about Forumites, may be their birthday if I like them, but that's it.
