I’m going hiking this morning 
I haven’t had oatcakes in ages wish they sold them around here"
There’s a place in Leek that will mail them, they are using the old receipt from a hole in the wall up bucknall that got knocked down.

Cheese and salad? So do you cook the cheese on the oatcake and have salad in the plate or have it all cold? |

Cheese on oatcake - microwave - salad - plate up - chow down. I do it partly to wind up my partner, partly because it tastes good. |

I’ve seen them rolled up with salad type stuff inside at a wedding. |

Your a cheery so an so. Considering I’ve smoked from teenager to 40 something, I still do the odd cigar and drink quite a bit of alcohol, so I’m really bothered a bit of fried pig will hurt me  |

Mine was homemade banana pancakes with fresh coffee (black of course).
