One New Years Eve/Day I stayed up until 6am waiting for a cheesecake to defrost (2am cravings while d*unk). Thought it would be a brilliant idea to decorate it with custard creams, digestives, party rings etc. Bad idea |

"I don’t like cheesecake "
Don't be ridiculous
Marks and Spencers do individual slices.
The chocolate chunk one is amazing
And Waitrose do a cheesecake muffin hybrid
I haven't tried them yet because they're pricy and I will eat them all the time if they're as good as they sound |

My speciality is making a baked vanilla and white chocolate cheesecake served with a sweet raspberry coulis.
It’s amazing and I have had many people tell me it has moved them in ways a cheesecake probably shouldn’t on it’s own but i’m Not going to complain |

Cheesecake is way down my list of sweet treats.
Tonight, following a large egg custard dripping in a whole passion fruit, I inhaled 3 x 200g bars of chocolate, then felt swizzled because they'd gone before I knew it! |

That sounds wonderful. Where do you get that or do you make it yourself? X |

New York baked cheescake, on it's own. No mint sprigs, no unidentifiable "red berry" compot, no swirls of colour that make no difference to the taste.
Can't stand it when people fuck about with something that's already perfect, you're not making it better, you're messing with perfection.
I feel the same way about creme brule |

"I used to love cheesecake before I went vegan. But the GU vegan ones are absolutely amazing "
I had a slice of vegan passionfruit cheesecake in Borough Market, just to see what it was like.
I don't know what they made it out of but it was the sexiest thing I've put in my mouth for a long time |
