I get there are more males on here than females, probably the ratio is 8m to 1f.

When genes were distributed my sensitivity gene was given to the family goat. She is much more sensitive than I will ever be but sensitivity is for goats not real men   |

Not speaking for the males but i think it's due to pure cowardness, what i mean is would someone say that in person? Probably not so personally my opinion is that they can't handle rejection but have the balls to put it online. But if you think about it, they have no balls at all. |

I agree. A lot of people feel brave behind a screen and will say things they wouldn’t dream of in person.
They think it hurts people, for me, it makes me laugh that they could get so worked up over a polite rejection. From death threats, to racial abuse, to insulting my weight even though they wanted to fuck a few minutes before!
All it does is prove you’ve dodged a bullet and did the right thing by not choosing to meet them. |

I think it’s pretty much the same for both sexes. The only difference is hardly anyone ever turns down the ladies so it’s less noticeable, but a small percentage of them can also be incredulous if you dare to resist their charms!

The analogy of junk mail is often used in response to folk asking why don't people reply .
I often see threads from folk complaining about the mail they receive on here lack of effort one line fancy a fuck txt spk.. no pictures attached wrong type of pictures attached...I'd liken this to junk mail.
In the real world it'd be very difficult to manage without a mailbox..very inconvenient at best.
On here the site allows you to "board up" your mailbox with filters and gender blocks.
Why don't you use the tool(s)? You can or could still message those that interest you . Effort in reward out is often said.
Otherwise you're gonna have to accept you'll receive some "junk" mail. |

All I can say is I've been on here around 18 months now, get a few hundred messages a week,and I've only probably had less than 10 arsey responses to a "Nice but not for me" message in all that time.
Luck? Different calibre of guys responding to my profile? Or maybe because once I've declined a message I'm done, I don't get into any kind of dialogue with them.
I very rarely use the block button, but if these messages are causing an issue for you then maybe it's something to consider.
No thanks, then block, no biggie.

I don't wear my heart on my sleeve but consider myself sensitive, as in to others needs. If you take that for weakness then you are making a huge mistake, As for being unable to handle rejection, and an entitlement attitude, well that's just immature. |
