Try and take yourself away from your immediate environment or whatever situation that might be causing stress if you can.
Go and have a swim off you can and maybe hot tub, steam or sauna, close your eyes and think of your favourite fabber   |

I’m offering temple rubbing services, but with a serious face on now (applies stern look!) if it persists go see your GP!
I don’t know if you’ve been ill / fluey or been subject to anything stressful recently but if you have any that might be a cause .. but any recurrent ailment that you haven’t had before is definitely worth getting checked out!
But massages are on me if that’s what you need! I’m on me way!! |

Although, after this post. I now offer a mobile massage service with my little hands. I just need to stop by somewhere and buy some essential oils.
