That's what I was just called for eating coleslaw straight out of the tub
That's also what I thought yesterday when I saw my colleague putting salad cream on chips and gravy
What food habits do you have that others find hard to swallow ? |

"Used to love cold baked beans straight from the can, since I lost my sense of taste though I can’t stand them!
Lol"
I think it's because we expect baked beans to be warm when we eat them
I couldn't watch, let alone try it |

My mum used to have a caddy for peelings, eggshells, tea leaves, old fruit and veg etc., which would all go on the compost heap. I used to pull raw bacon rinds - complete with skin - out of it, quick rinse under the tap and they were scrummy!
And I used to enjoy drinking vinegar too |

"I don’t like red or brown sauce. People look astonished when I have a bacon sarnie with no sauce."
I’m exactly the same. Can’t abide the smell nor taste. Bread, butter, bacon, salt and pepper. Perfect. |

I love this aswell can not beat getting a spoon in a cold tin of beans. But sometimes i cut a chunck of cheese off and use that instead of a spoon.
If i cook my beans sometimes ill put mango chutney into them to give them something different |

"We have peanut butter and cheese atop a chicken burger in the Mac household.
Yum
This just aint right one bit lol
Sometimes we add a dollop of jam too"
Now until you added jam into the mix J was about to defend your original suggestion as sounding rather nice in a chicken satay kind of way...
...but jam!!! |

Like the sound of mashed potato cheese & fried egg
Remember as a kid having bread & butter with jelly or trifle.
Recently wanted a dessert, so rather than throwing away the dry end of a Swiss roll, put it in a bowl with a pot of yoghurt. Delicious |

Peanut sauce with chips is awesome
In Kathmandu you can get Belgian thick cut chips with dips - chilli peanut sauce is one of them pure oily filth but lovely
I also like crispy bacon on cheap dirty white buttered bread with jam |

I like mixing curry sauce or ketchup into cooked rice. Then theres lemon curd on toast. I also use marmite in my spaghetti Bolognese, one tablespoon in the sauce adds a really nice bit of flavour to it. |
