Only ever use hot water in your flask, take the tea bags and milk with you and make fresh.

I use those cappuccino sachets and just add the water from my flask, fresh every time.

Yup, just take hot water in the flask.

As serendipity said.

You can always grab extra milk sachets from places like Mcdonalds but poundland sell them as well =)
