"Not being able to have children. "
Oh God. You and me both.
Mine came from the fact that it took my parents nearly twelve years to conceive me. It nearly broke their marriage too because my dad's mum was pressurising him to divorce my mum and find someone more fertile.
I dread a future whereby I find out I'm infertile and unable to have children, especially if it comes after years of trying. |

Oh that’s awful
I’ve had four miscarriages, and been trying to get pregnant ever since my last one over a year ago and it’s just not happening. I know it doesn’t happy over night, but still |

i have been close to death a few times and that doesnt put the fear in me so i take stupid risks.
but there is one thing. and its the only thing i dread, fear and its a constant worry.
my mum. she has put up with so much shit from me over the years but has always been there. even when she shopped me to the police she still made it clear it was for the best to straighten me out.
now she is old, fragile and you can see its not going to be long before she is gone.
we die its a fact. but i love my mum and without her id be a waste of a life. |

"My kids dying before me. "
My daughter has a life limiting condition and this is a very real possibility for me. But the thought of dying before her and leaving her in someone else’s care scares me just as much. Lose/ lose situation |

Sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience and I would bet my life nearly all mums on here have done too. It's heartbreaking. Things eventually worked out. I hope they do for you too |

It’s just sh1t isn’t it. You never think it’ll happen to you but here we are. It’s taken a long time to even be able to talk about it. I can’t say ‘come to terms with it’ because I don’t think I ever will. But shes healthy and happy and that’s all that matters. xxx |

I have only 1 working eye, the other being unusable since birth.
I'd cataract surgery 3 years ago which really positively changed my "visual" life from wearing glasses since 5 yrs old.
But, other sight illnesses can occur in old age; it's that fear of losing what sight I do have that scares me!
On a different line, what scares me is that twat Trump, over the Pond who could destine us to nuclear hell! |

Ahh, that’s so sad. I hope you both have many more years together. So many people don’t appreciate how lucky they are to have children, they really are a blessing and my biggest fear is anything happening to mine.

"Jehovah's Witnesses
Amen excuse the pun
Did you know they preach that there is only 144,000 places in heaven ?
I'm going to hell anyway"
I didn’t know that. But anyone who feels the need to knock on my door and shove their beliefs in my face deserves to have it slammed right back. Why would they care who believes what they believe? If they’re happy, good for them. Why ‘recruit’ others if it isn’t for financial gain? I love a good argument with a Jehovah’s Witness. They’re almost as bad as vegans. But that’s another thread .... lol |

And they preach that Jesus on a cross is a pagan symbol, he died on a pole apparently and not a cross?

Oh yeah.
Prime Ministers that will stick their cock into the head of a dead pig and fuck it. In front of their friends. And actally get an erection. Fear that kind of person. He would run you over with his BMW, shovel ditch mud over your corpse and smile for a press photo with his wife afterwards (while his prick still smelled of pork). His soul is dead already and might well have been born dead. Bullingdon Club Boys. That is what we live under. Fear that vision of your future and those kinda powers being tasked with looking after your interests in your old age. |

Or the lunatic pledges military support to his Hamas friends and we end up squaring up to the very capable Israeli army... |

I am terrified of getting dementia. I just cannot imagine my children seeing me like that.
Day to day though I am frightened of cross dressers. Totally irrational I know. I had a few sessions with a counsellor once who likened it to the fear of the unknown face, like the fear of clowns.

Spiders - their long thing legs, it could just be jealousy of course
Horses - one bit me
Moths - they’re all fluttery and hairy
Clowns - no explanation needed they’re just get in your face plain scary shit
My kids not achieving their dreams and being happy - not really a fear I guess more an unimaginable thought
My biggest fear is losing my freedom to be me. It’s a really difficult one to explain but those closest to me know and understand as it’s something I express often. |

Being stuck with children getting in the way of my life- luckily a nice doctor has hopefully prevented that from happening now.
Otherwise, if i get diagnosed with what either of my uncles has, i'll pretty quickly be booking a one way trip to Switzland- no way to i want to live like that given a choice |

The cancer stats. It means either me or my child will likely get it.
Obviously I would have it be me, but I don't want to leave her without a mother. Especially as I lost my mum to cancer at 6, I hope history won't repeat itself.
Nothing else, really scares me. |

Oh another one and a bit strange but I fear getting old and not being able to easily shit or else dying whilst taking a shit and being found Elvis style on the bog with my pants around my ankles.
Actually, shitting myself in public is another fear of mine to.
.....all in all, a bit shit really therefore |
