Right....so I’ve followed the instructions and pushed the ruler into my stomach in order to ascertain my length from the base.
Unfortunately, subsequently unhappy with the results I pushed the ruler back into myself a bit more forcefully the next attempt and have now ruptured my spleen

My usual method of measuring is: Hold one end of the tape measure in the right hand before wrapping the other end five times around the waist, once down the left leg, once up the right leg, over the left shoulder, back down and under the right foot and finally to be top of my nob. I really think you're just being petty at this point. You singled me out as being offensive, and shamed me in a thread, using a tiniest portion of my joke (I suppose calling that tiny will be offensive too) in such a way as to deliberately remove all context. I apologised for any offense caused on both threads, which you neither acknowledged nor accepted other than making a throwaway remark to another poster about not having asked for an apology, and you have continued to shame me, a real person... not an imaginary one as used in my joke... and even run a second thread off the back of your first shaming thread.
You have not had the courtesy to address me or respond to me directly in any of your subsequent threads or comments, but revelled in the opportunity to continue to run me down in replies to everyone else. I can only assume your grievance is personal, and if so, I've no idea why... We've never met or even spoken that I'm aware of.
Am I OK? No I'm not. I apologised for a joke about a fictional character which you deemed to be insensitive and shaming, yet here we are almost 12 hours later and I'm still being shamed for it.

I saw it like that too to be fair. I had to read it again as to be honest I skimmed through and had a little smile and forgot about it. A bit surprised by it all really. I’d feel a bit shit if I made a joke and it was made into a big thing like this. Hope the lady’s ok. People are gonna be scared to say anything! Bit sad really.

I'd seen your apology on the thread and accepted it, ..I'd left this thread last night to die in the background. As I woke up this morning I had a message containing some less than favourable words (not from yourself or anyone that I'd replied to on the thread) and others had posted to this thread, I posted a further comment I'd say right of reply if that's petty I'll accept that..there are plenty myself included that will or could have that said about them .
Reason for two threads a lady took offence that I'd not included guys on my original thread. Not for any other reason
I'm happy to leave this to die in the background.. your apology is accepted, If there is any doubt or clarification for others to know i have no personal grievance with you or anyone else that posted to the thread.. as far as I'm aware we've not met messaged and you have done me no harm.
