Threads close automatically at 175. Some people have found a way of adding posts after threads shut as you will have noticed.
I've seen threads make 175 in a couple of hours, it's normally when someone posts something designed to rile people. |

I'm sure we all did it in under 6 minutes a year or so back.  |
