"True or false!? "

My mums crystal glasses when I had an impromptu get together when I was 15 may indicate otherwise...

Not all guys are fragile and I would think a guys ego is no more fragile than a womans in reality.

You've clearly never seen the tantrums that ensue when some of the women on here get turned down

"Is this thread to save one of the ladies starting the daily man bashing thread? "

This is the thread that gets all the men hating me, the ‘hell hath no fury’ one is the thread to ensure all the women hate me!

I’m an equal opportunity type of hate figure!!

of course if I say false, I'm just being defensive. Who cares, only the individual knows the answer and can deal with it.

If, as a man, you need to respond to this thread arguing that your ego is not fragile, and nd that you are resilient as all real men are, are you rather proving the point?

Or to juxtapose, you have an issue that you can't let go and feel you need to make a point?

I don't have an ego as such, but I do have a jug full of self-confidence, which occasionally gets knocked and some of the contents are spilled

Somewhat true. The same as a woman's

Men want to have their cake and eat it

Get sad when they can't

And then try to make it look like they never wanted the cake at all.

Reply privately, Reply in forum +quote or View forums list

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

I would say that they are only as fragile as a woman's. Might not seem it on here but that's because women's are constantly massaged where as men's are trampled on

The thing is it can be quite demoralising for us chaps to get rejection after rejection, so it can go one of two ways, either resigned acceptance, or the marginal rejection that, along with all the others, all add up and break the camels back!

It’s not surprising that egos get dented always being told no!

Exactly some inane things can be the one that breaks the camel's back and therefore the easiest to get irate about

Yep agree with this. Also the fact that some are not used to rejection. I know if I had as many rejections face to face as I do on here, I'd have no confidence at all
