No i know hes good and im a fan but this guys a different animal all he needs is 2 hands on conor and he has shown hes very capable of taking a big shot combine his strenth and engine i just cant see conor making it out of 5 rounds without being taken down and as soon as that happens thats game not to mention the time out of the octogon ringrust is huge at championship level |

McGregor is not the best boxer in the world but in mma he is the best stand up fighter, he fights good on the outside and has good movement, when Khabib gets in range he is going to eat lefts just like everybody else has, If Khabib gets McGregor on the floor its all over for him but don't see that happening |

Agree with both of you if Khabib can take it to the floor and gain controlled position it’s going to be extremely difficult for McGregor but the fight starts standing up and I just can’t see Khabib living with McGregor long enough on the feet to get past his movement and shoot for the take down successfuly. If it goes to the 4th round then yeah Khabib will be the stronger but 15 minutes of McGregor with energy is a lot to withstand.

Depends how u scored it but a wins a win fight 1 didnt work out that way mind you as soon as he hit the deck he gave up as he wasnt near that level on the mat i guess we will just have to watch how it unfolds rather than speculate on what could happen but id put khabib at as close to as possible the same level as dc when it comes to domonating on the mat tecnique wise |

Okay thank you and fuck that shit. I'll have to try and watch a replay on Sunday without knowing the result. Not at all that easy these days. I can't get up or stay up at that time.

McGregor is class you don't become a double champ for nothing he will be a bit ring rusty and is a very good fighter but will need to be on the top of his game to avoid the takedown shots of Khabib the longer it goes on the less chance Conor has in this IMO |

Khabib set the record for take downs in a fight but still went to a unanimous decisions. Take downs dont win fights. Mc gregor has proven that the left fist is a fight stopper. 13 seconds for the best pound for pound fighter.
Think khabib is to open and mc gregor will punish him for it. |

If it stays upright then Conor by KO
If it goes to ground I’m not so sure as his grappling is not his strong point however, he has to be taken down first and to do that you need to get through his punching power.
If Conor has seriously trained for this and I’m sure he has then I can’t see past him
In the UFC he is King of the World only when he switches to Boxing his stand up is shown as a journeyman |

Mayweather toyed with him as he is one of boxing’s greats there was only gonna be one outcome in that fight. Just hope it’s a good fight as I’m committed to staying up and no doubt be hungover in the morning haha |
