Nicest post I've ever seen

What about applesauce muffins or pancakes or heating it up and putting it over a nice vanilla ice cream or the more obvious one...Apple pie x

I've got five tubs of cooked apple sauce in the freezer, all from my tree.

Some of it is going into a pie this weekend

I love applesauce!

I’ve wanted to make my own for a while so I’ll be doing that! I want to try making my own jams too.

I tried to make some sloe jam/jelly as its called in a america but it did not set could be some of the sloes were not evenly ripe which can change the setting process but could of been other reasons, I was advised to use jam sugar which never fails to set jams I,ve only ever made one other jam a fig jam and that did set without jam sugars, I used a jelly bag for the sloe jam 12 hours over night to soak through the bag but I,ve been useing the syrup for Icecream so nones gone to waste.. you just have to be prepared for any failures in the makeing process, thou I could do with a jam kettle

Pancakes?

Mix with blackberrys, lil cinnamon and do a pie or crumble?

Danish pastries?

A decent filling for doughnuts.

Just a few ideas off the top of my head
