Xmas is all go for us so new year i feel time for me and john to have fun. We hope to go to chams as was there last year and its one hell of a good night loads there and all just having fun.  |

working a 12 hour night shift ,, will go up on the roof at midnight ( 12 th floor ) and watch the fireworks and listen to the ships on the river sound their klaxons, and wish my oppo a happy hootinanny,, might sneak a quick drink but probably wait til i get home at 7 am  |

The annual friends and family Hawaii beach party and BBQ. A family tradition since 1982 and held at mine for the last 6 years. Normally get around 80 people attending. Just hope this wind drops by then as we have a small marquee to put up. |

We will be in the Black Country on New Years Eve so will try to get to Chams. We haven't been there at all in 2011 yet, so may go and come back in 2012, lol |

Ok, well if you watch the film apocalypse now, there's a bit where the main protagonists are going upstream to the border with Cambodia, there's a bridge, and all the poor GI's there are half crazy with being in a dangerous, far away place.....

new years eve is my least favourite night of the year to be out and about pub wise

I don't have any plans for NYE. I've wondered a few times about going out but not really sure where I want to go, or if I want to deal with over-priced places over-full of extremely d*unk people.

Hate new year. Packed. People out who aren't normally out. Wait ages for a taxi. Pay loads for a taxi. Went to Moseley last year as its walking distance home to a mates, might do the same this year cut out the taxis. |

 yep nothing like driving d*unken new years eve revellers about, with no revelling of yer own, the joy of joining in to auld langsyne....with the radio whilst on route to yer next job and hearing the chorus of "f**king how much!"
