God yes. A couple of months ago they were really painful and tender for weeks. I didn't even bleed afterwards.
I'm putting it down to the menopause. |

Occasionally, but not so much I sit holding them.
They did hurt when running a few weeks ago, but I put it down to the top I was wearing. |

The breast clinic told me to take Evening Primrose oil capsules with at least 40mg of GLA in them for breast pain.
It really works, but I forget to take them. |

I put frozen peas on mine they were so bad. The evening primrose oil did help me a lot. |

I was having a conversation today about DIY and how I think women are far better at putting together flatpack furniture. Men never seem to read the bloody instructions.
My friends agreed with me that women are good at multi-tasking and are able to use both sides of their brains, which helps them to work things out much quicker than men.

I think she was sore from the op for a couple of hours, but it rubbed while healing so was a different type of sore for a few weeks afterwards. I suppose it depends on the place. |
