If it's cold and kept in the fridge then reheated to over 85 degrees 2 days should be fine unless it's chicken. |

In my experience they're perfectly good the next day if kept in the fridge. And the day after they can be chopped and fried with something, for a bit of variety. As long as it's kept refrigerated, two days is usually fine!
Might get an ulucky bad one though, so maybe frozen ones are better... |

I was a Taxi Diver on the Isle of Wight 1997-99 and we had a novel idea, that may be useful to you.
We had TRUSTED regulars, who gave us a ring when they got the munchies. So they would phone us first then order the food from their chosen takeaway. Phone us back to say when the food was ready. So straight to the chippy/Chinese/Indian/Kebab house pay for the food ourselves, then hot foot it to their house with the meter running at this point. Deliver the food, get paid for the food, fare and more often than not got a tip.
Don't know if this would work for you, but it's an idea.

Go to Iceland next time you are in town and ask for the kebab meat. It's amazing and can fit plenty of bags in the freezer. Order your sauce of choice off the net and bobs your uncle. |

"Kebab meat and chips ,just what you need after going to a club mmmmmmm
Yeah, but you only get fries not proper chips, and when you have a chicken shish mix you don't need any more than that "
We used to go to the chippy at lunch time many years ago, proper chips and kebab meat covered in mayonnaise. We used to call it elephant leg and chips. Ahh the good old days. |

Probably the doner organs. Ask for a donner kebab instead next time. A doner kebab is an entirely different thing all together. |

Ask for a platter. Which is effectively a mixed kebab, but more like a meal than a takeaway. So get it all put into separate containers. Then you can freeze or eat next day. |
