No. I can't grip the wheel properly in gloves and elbow length evening gloves are a bit excessive on the morning commute |

Ha ha,she bought me a pair when she had the window open on the way back from Birkenhead on a cold November evening. I think I probably only wore them twice |

Possibly, but it was her car that I was driving (MG Metro), and it didn't have a remote on my side, not really much use when you're doing close to a ton down the M6 at about 2 o'clock in the morning |
