Salt and vinegar.

Now on chip shop chips I’d do curry sauce too but when out it’s mayo.

One of the better habits I picked up working in Germany was 'Pommes Frites mit Mayonnaise' (Chips and Mayonnaise) With a potato / mayo side salad.

But of course there was always a huge 'wurst' with them. Nom Nom ..

Don't make chips at home but if I do it's normally fish, chips and mushy peas but Mr doesn't like fish so that's a rarity
