What keeps you motivated going to the gym and setting goals? As you know I like to watch motivational videos and I found one with arnie, which is very good, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abee58MMBRE

Hefty Hideaway

I have no idea what motivates my fat arse to walk through the gym doors but something does and if I don’t go I miss it. I guess a perverse enjoyment of going that extra 10 minutes or couple of kms is the motivation. I never thought I’d type that haha!
