"Everyone is different.
One particular lady who has them it has made them even more sensitive. Another I know it has reduced the sensitivity."
That’s why I only had one done - just in case, but am happy to report it only added to sensitivity. Quite like only having one though as they both feel great in different ways. |

I really can’t remember. Mine are particularly sensitive but then again always were. One was always way more sensitive and still is.
I can definitely vouch for my VCH being a functional piercing though. That was my main purpose for getting it done and it’s constantly reminding me why it was a good idea. |

It’s left that’s more sensitive! I have a good memory!
In what way is the VCH functional? |

"I really want 1 of mine done but would hate to lose sensation "
It definitely adds sensation. Just flicking it back and forth is nice, You'll be addicted. Watch yourself in public though as it becomes second nature to be casually playing with your nips..... |

It increases sensitivity, it pushes and rubs at the slightest swelling. It then becomes a bit of a circular thing of once it swells it’s then pushing and rubbing against my clit which then obviously starts engorging more so then rubs more against the bar etc. That’s before touching it. |

Haha just be careful wearing fishnets. I’ve nearly ripped mine out a few times wearing them. Leaning over and getting caught up
Damn send him my way " |

Uh....yeah, it does sting a bit....not the actual piecing more the bruising from the clamp. Dosn't hurt for long though. Just make sure to keep it clean afterwards. Infection will hurt a whole lot more! |

God, that sounds awesome. I'm not sure that an Albert has the same effect. Probably for the best as we'd all be getting it done and walking about with permanent hardons!

I’d recommend that to every woman one of the best things I ever did |

One thing I will add: Whilst it does indeed augment sensitivity in a GOOD way, the downside is that additionally, a pierced nipple is much akin to possessing a third testicle; If you accidentally knock it, the pain ‘rings’ for some time! |

I've been thinking about getting mine pierced for a while now but don't know anyone else with really big boobs who have had them done.
Does boob size have any impact on healing time and what jewellery you can wear? I did ask this when I popped into a piercers a couple of weeks ago but I got the impression they would say anything to get a customer. If I do have it done I won't be going there! |

Me and the wife had ours done she is 44gg so not a small girl her took longer to heal than mine but is fine now. There are lots of different size colours style bars so plenty to choose from. You must clean it regularly and go to a piercers that has good reviews locally. Good luck and go for it |

hiding from cock pics. |
I have quite large boobs, and both pierced about 5 years ago.
They have not changed in sensitivity, they have always been very sensitive.
They have been erect since they were pierced, my nipples just don't ever go flat now. |

Have had mine pierced for more than 20 years... they are more sensitive... and ladies do love the feeling in their mouth... or so I am told... you will hear no complaints from me... |

Had mine done over twenty years ago, I was very much into BDSM at the time along with my Prince Albert. One could incorporate all manor of restraint using the rings and yes they were sensitive and enhanced sexual activity. Have still got them but the novelty has long since worn off. Just keep them now because they are there! |

"Does it add to pleasure/sensitivity or is it purely aesthetic? "
I think it varies but most seem to say that it increases sensitivity.
It certainly does for Cal
I have no plans to pierce mine. They are sensitive and almost permanently erect anyway. I also heal too fast and scar a lot which might not be helpful.
