I must admit I’ve done this twice one
1) I went to see a t girl who when I turned up didn’t really look like her pics but wasn’t to bad so I thought Id still go along with the meet, she said go upstairs to the bedroom I will be up now..I go up & there is a dog on the bed & it’s covered in dogs hair...I mean covered really bad..I thought jez I’m not getting in there...I said very sorry I’m allergic to dogs hair & left.
2) I went to meet another t girl went upstairs was & getting undressed when she said I have to go for quick wee a minute ok I said...she left the door open & I could hear her splashing on the side of the pan..but then she let out an almighty fart...well that was a passion killer..so I said I think I’ve left my lights on in the car & made a hasty exit.
I’m not proud of my actions but theses two meets were just passion killers  |

Yep.
On one occasion I turned up at a guys house. As I went in the smell hit you and the place was covered in old newspapers, big bags etc.
I told him sorry but I’m not staying. He then recommended we got a hotel. I declined. If his house was a shit pit I guessed his level of cleanliness might not be to a standard. |

I’m lucky enough not to have had to bow out but then again I haven’t met that many people. I’m not a big fan of dirty houses though so check pictures. Nothing worse that seeing a sexy lady surrounded by a complete shit hole of a house.

No haven’t been in that situation but I do tend to judge people by their pics .
If the background is a mess and stuff all

That's no guarantee. I talked to someone off POF for 2 years before we finally met, and I realised he had deceived me. I walked out. |

In a club with a guy and he wanted to play with this couple, they weren’t really my type but I thought it’d be fine. Got a private room and things began to hotten up. Anyway, he was with the woman and me with the guy, she was making the most off putting, fake, disgusting moans and he was kissing me like a fish, I was so repulsed I had to get up and make my excuses and leave!! I felt awful and so rude but I just couldn’t take one for the team |

Went to one guys house after him telling me how clean and ocd he was about cleaning. It wasn’t disgusting but let’s just say it was not up to my standards, I thought it was minging! People have different ideas of what’s clean! One guy I know is extremely clean but I still criticise and start cleaning when I get there |

I've never had reason to leave another's place but a couple of times at mine I've called a halt to things.
On one occasion, as the chap undressed, it became apparent his body had was infected with something - blemishes, blisters, sores everywhere.
Now, it may well have been harmless, I don't know, but I just could not carry on and told him so. He took it well (probably not the first time).
The other time was a guy with an enormous prince albert. Well, it made me squirm just looking at it and thinking how painful that must been.
I did try to get on top of him (yes, with a condom wrapped over it, too) but I gave up - I could not get the thought out of my mind. He was very understanding in the circumstances.

Not long after I joined Fab I started chatting to a guy, only briefly because I wasn’t sure how the site worked. He seemed ok. On his way to the meet he started sending really crude messages which put me off but he was on his way so I thought I’d give him a chance. Some people like that sort of thing after all. When he turned up I could have almost forgiven the scruffy tennis shoes, the shapeless awful jeans and the huge baggy jumper but his conversation was so dull and it became clear that we did not have the same sense of humour at all. Also he kept making a really odd half cough half squeak noise which was most bizarre. I complete panicked, I just said I had horrible period pains and I would have to cancel. He said it was fine but grabbed my breast as he said goodbye. Thank heavens the next guy I was talking to was completely different and told me about the forums and showed me what a good meet and fab friend can be like otherwise I would have left the site. My own fault for not being more switched on about things.  |

Many years ago i used to use the chatrooms and met a guy blindly for a social. I literally went into shock and just said i cant do this and just started running. I ran all through leicester and up to the train statiom and didnt stop till id got there

I don't think you can avoid hurting someone's feelings. Its best to be tactful but as truthful as possible.
When its because someone has blatantly misrepresented themselves I think its fair to tell them thats why you're not going ahead. |

I should have pulled the plug on two particular meets but didn't have the heart to as the guys were nice.
Let's just say both of these guys were completely oblivious to the fact I wasn't enjoying the meet.
Thought Laying like a sack of potatoes and looking at the time was a give away but no,they didn't get it.
I also didn't have the heart to tell them they kissed like fish.
They probably thought i was terrible.  |

Years ago when I was on here as a couple. We went to a couples house. They were nothing like their pics and there was a real pressure from them to play. I had to excuse myself and say I was feeling unwell.
Now I always strictly do socials first and chat a bit prior to that. I have had socials where the person is different to expected or there has been no spark so I don’t see them again. I don’t feel guilty about that. I wouldn’t want to be a pity shag and I’m sure they wouldn’t want that either |

I met a man who had all day to get ready and he opened his door in pj bottoms and scruffy top plus he was stoned. I had quick coffee and Appologised saying i couldn't go through with it. I cried all the way home as was upset plus i felt a really bad person.

A few years ago I went to meet some chap I had spoken to for about 3 weeks, I got to his house and was let in by the entry system, but when he opened his own front door the smell of garlic was just overpowering, almost knocked me down, carried on and he made me a drink and the closer he got the smell of garlic was stronger and he was chewing bits of it, I did say to him the garlic is so strong its to much and I will not be able to stay and I'm sorry, I was then told by him he gets of on having sex while eating garlic.... Some very odd people about... |

Been on the site a few years now, under various guises.
When I was fairly new to fab, went to a guys flat, stank of fag smoke, dirty ashtrays, he lay on the sofa (Jeremy Kyle was on the telly) started undoing his trousers and said "where we starting?" Um we're not, gotta go. Was gone.
Insisted on social meets only after that...
Next one, nice enough had exchanged messages and calls, decided a coffee can't hurt, turned up at his place, he told me he had a false leg causing his very apparent limp, fair enough, we don't judge, only coffee afterall. Only thing his leg was creaking as he walked
Anyway moving on, he proceeded to sit down, got himself a drink, wasn't offered, fine... after a few minutes of chat he said "shall we go in the summerhouse" um lets not, I was honest and just said to keep it to a social meet, he kept bringing the conversation back to the summerhouse, made my excuses, he
Discovered the other week he is friends on fb with my fwb! He commented on a status I had also commented on  hopefully he didn't see me on fb lol
