Too many to choose from. Victoria sponge, carrot cake, lemon drizzle, jaffa cakes (yes, they are cakes), mini rolls, battenberg, death by chocolate, rice crispy cakes...
Basically, anything which doesn't have alcohol, coconut in it, or is a fruit cake.

Cheesecake is a cake. There are three types (that I can think of off the top of my head); biscuit base, sponge base (both American style) and a French style cheesecake which looks like a cake (normally pour over some fruit coulis). |
